By submitting an order, a contract is formed between you and the store for the purchase of the listed goods at the prices shown on the website (including service fees, delivery charges, or other applicable costs).

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, up to date, and not misleading.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason; however, in such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you in a timely manner.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.
🚚 2. Delivery of Goods
Famozon delivers only items ordered through the website and only to addresses within our delivery coverage area.
If your address is outside our delivery area, please contact us so we can assess delivery availability.
Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to you upon delivery.
If re-delivery is required due to absence at the delivery address, an additional fee of up to $20 may apply.
Goods will only be delivered to an individual of legal age (18 years or older). Proof of identity or age verification may be required.
If payment is made by credit card, identity verification may be requested.
Deliveries are made only to the doorstep of the delivery address specified during checkout.
If you request unattended delivery at the time of ordering, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery.
In case of delivery delays, our team will contact you to provide updates.
⚠️ If you request unattended delivery, Famozon bears no responsibility for theft, tampering, or damage, including temperature-related issues for sensitive items such as food or refrigerated products.
🔄 3. Order Cancellation or Modification
Famozon reserves the right to cancel or modify any order. In the event of cancellation, payments will be refunded within 5 business days.
You may cancel or modify your order up to 2 hours before the selected delivery time.
For in-store pickup orders, cancellation is allowed up to 1 hour before pickup.
Cancellations made after these timeframes will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
No changes can be made after the allowed modification period has passed.
💰 4. Fees and Charges
You are responsible for paying all charges displayed at checkout, including:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, it will be removed from the order.
If you have opted to receive substitutions, Famozon will attempt to provide a product of similar quality and value.
If no suitable substitute is available, the item will not be shipped and no charge will apply.
When a substitute is provided, the lower price between the original and substitute product will be charged.
📦 7. Missing or Damaged Products
Your order receipt lists all shipped items.
If an item is missing, please review your receipt first. If you were charged but did not receive the item, contact us within 24 hours.
Once confirmed, the item will be replaced or refunded.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or low-quality product, please contact us within 8 hours.
Submission of the original purchase receipt is required for review.
🚀 8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
For the “Click & Collect” service, orders will be ready within 2 hours of placement.
If any delay occurs, please contact the Famozon team after 2 days.
